Watch out for this one, once opened, it’s easily inhaled. It’s lovely and soft, not as high in acid as you may expect. Heaps of lime juice melon pith over the nose. Steely palate, once again just really mellow and broad, a bit of lanolin as well, that waxy mouth feel and a subtle lavender on the finish. Really easy drinking from a producer that we can say, hand on heart, produces great wine every year.
