We’re talking drive, complexity, fruit purity– the works. There’s orange blossom, jasmine and a touch of mandarin oil enchanting you on the nose to start. The palate doesn’t disappoint either, with lemon zest, lime, a cool minerality and clean, slatey finish. You can cellar this one, too, no problem. It’s gotta be some of the best value in all Aussie wine.
