We’re talking terroir, complexity, fruit puriy – the works. There’s orange blossom, jasmine and a bitter neroli oil perfume that’s refreshing as a splash of your fave cologne on a summer’s day. The palate doesn’t disappoint either, with lemon jest, lime, a cool minerality and clean, slatey finish. You can cellar this one, too, no problem. It’s gotta be some of the best value in all Aussie wine.
