Frankland River gives a whole new palette of flavours to discover, too. Crisp and mineral, there’s pithy grapefruit, cool lime, fresh cucumber and a hint of shaved almond richness. Unlike Clare riz which is all about explosive citrus, this is much more subtle, refined and quietly composed.
