Savour this wine’s clean floral nose with musk and a tiny touch of lychee. The palte is certainly fresh and zippy with lemon, lime and sherbert notes. And there’s a nice mineral/chalky texture here that makes it very more-ish, especially with all the lemon tang going on. Serve it up with your favourite Vietnamese or Thai takeaway for a cheap night in.
