Hailing from a single block vineyard in the cooler nooks of the Adelaide hills, this light to medium bodied Tempranillo has ‘approachable’ written all over it. It’s simply hard not to enjoy it. Herbal and juicy on the nose with licks of mysterious earthen cacao and cola pair withlifted bright cherries and liquorice. If you’re looking for a little side step away from the pinot’s and sangio’s that dominate the lighter realm of reds, then this has your name on it. It’ll pair well with baked chicken wings in plum sauce and a scoop of fried rice. Just delish!
