Bright purple-black, this wine is juicy fun. As fruity as it is dark, it has a very plummy nose, spiked with cinnamon, chinese spice, and some tobacco and cedar backup notes. Fresh and jangly now, it’s screaming for som jamon and manchego, while it’ll round out in bottle for a couple of years and then you can bring out the more serious meats. Either way you’ll have fun with this dark, fruity limited release.
