WINERY INFORMATION Talijancich Wines is a family-owned winery which is internationally acclaimed for producing some of the world rsquo s most unique and finest range of fortified wines and aged liqueurs exemplified in their splendid Julian James range Established by Jim Talijancich in 1932 the wnery was the first in Western Australia to achieve the Bio-Dynamic Certification nbsp TASTING NOTES The Shiraz and Grenache grapes used to craft the Julian James Red Liqueur were handpicked at the raisin stage and matured in old oak casks to retain maximum fruit flavours and characteristics processed using the Solero technique of blending This rich Red Liqueur shows dark red hues throughout the wine The aromatic and vibrant bouquet gives way to a juicy palate brimming with flavours of dark chocolate liquorice and raisins to end in a smooth and velvety finale Crafted to enjoy upon release this delightful fortified red wine tastes wonderful with dried fruits and dark chocolate as well as spicy barbequed sausages in fresh bread nbsp
