WINERY INFORMATION Located in the heart of the Swan Valley region in Western Australia Talijancich Wines is a family owned and operated winery established by Jim Talijancich in 1932 With three generations of winemaking experience and expertise Talijancich Wines is recognized for producing uniqu fortified wines of great character and complexity that are regarded as some of the world rsquo s finest nbsp TASTING NOTES Derived from the Croatian word zabava which means fun and entertaining the Talijancich Zabava is a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grape varieties It displays deep crimson hues throughout the wine The scintillating nose gives way to a fresh and juicy palate which is rife with flavours of black cherry and subtle spicy notes coupled with a touch of sweetness These flavours are balanced by a refreshing natural spritz ending in a delicate and persistent finale This light red wine can be cellared till the year 2020 and is best enjoyed when served chilled in a sparkling flute glass paired with Mexican cuisine or barbecued meats
