Semillon – Black Market Deal #7

From a single low-yielding vineyard in the Hunter Valley comes this 2018 semillon. In chats with the producer, they were extremely excited about this wine. A Trophy and Gold Medal proves they were right to be so enthusiastic. Simply made with a destemming, press, ferment and fining/filtering, this i precision Hunter sem at its finest. There’s crisp citrus, bright acidity and a long finish. As with any good sem, this will of course age and develop well over a decade or so, but if you’re into the lemon and lime, crack it open soon.
