We’re back again with a Hunter sem. But this time we’re bringing out the big guns. And by big guns, we mean an over-the-top 97 point rating from James Halliday. This is everything that lovers of semillon seek. It’s just coming out of its first phase with the citrus and minerality making room on the palate for hints of honeysuckle and florals. There’s some white peach, subtle herbs and cured lime in the mix as well. So drink it now to highlight the fruit, or wait a while (Mr. Halliday says all the way to 2036) to get the full secondary experience. Either way, you’re tasting some of the best sem the Hunter can produce.
