WINERY INFORMATION Pete rsquo s Pure is a family owned wine company producing top quality wines using fruits sourced from their massive Euston vineyard The lush vineyard was established by one of Australia rsquo s most renowned viticulturalist families - the Chalmers family in the 1980s It is curently owned by Duxton Vineyards It is located on a 4000 hectare property on the banks of Murray River in south western NSW nbsp TASTING NOTES Pete rsquo s Pure Rosso is an exquisite fusion of 10 Pinot Noir grapes with 90 Shiraz grapes The blend features a deep purple colour with dark hues The luxurious bouquet exhibits lively scents of strawberries raspberries and bramble with suggestions of rock melon This elegant red blend is clean and soft on the palate brimming with juicy flavours of red fruits pomegranate and Mirin sauce These characters are balanced by perky acidity ending the wine in a captivating finale Enjoy this light bodied red wine with roasted chicken grilled vegetables and dark chocolate nbsp
