WINERY INFORMATION Pete rsquo s Pure produces premium as well as food-friendly wines working on the philosophy of less is more These top quality wines are crafted using fruit sourced from Euston vineyard which was established by the Chalmers family in the 1980s It covers a total of 803 hectaresunder vine It is currently under the ownership of Duxton Vineyards nbsp TASTING NOTES Pete rsquo s Pure Prosecco is a fusion of 10 Chardonnay grapes with 90 Glera grapes The fruit was machine harvested crushed and pressed into tanks The juice obtained was then fermented with yeast and treated with lees to enhance its structure The resulting wine presents a pale straw colour with tiny bubbles stemming from the glass A whiff of the wine reveals fresh aromas of lemon myrtle wattle and subtle grassy notes The juicy palate is dominated by lemon sherbet flavours accompanied by subtle savory tones These delightful characters fuse together to offer a moussey texture enhancing the lovely mouthfeel The finish is clean and soft This dazzling Prosecco can be served with sushi macaroons and vegetable dim sum nbsp
