WINERY INFORMATION Established by the reputed Chalmers family in the 1980s Euston Vineyard currently covers a total of 803 hectares of vine plantations Pete rsquo s Pure sources premium fruits from the Euston vineyard to craft unique and refreshing wine varietals and blends The winemaking team eaded by winemaker Scott Rawlinson firmly believes in the philosophy of less is more TASTING NOTES Pete s Pure Bianco is a stylish blend of 90 Pinot Grigio with 10 Fiano grapes These fruits were machine harvested crush drained and then pressed into tanks The juice obtained was fermented with yeast and held on lees to enhance the overall fruit structure This process led to the creation of a pale straw hued wine displaying vibrant green tinges Passionfruit and guava characters dominate the perfumed nose making way for a dry and bright palate containing green pear flavours The aromas and flavours in the wine fuse together to culminate in a smooth and refreshing finale This delightful white blend best complements foods like creamy smoked salmon pasta grilled squid salad and Ricotta cheese nbsp nbsp nbsp
