WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking 3 Italian varieties planted by the De Bortoli family were harvested together on the same day amp into the same tank Blend of Arneis Pinot Grigio amp Vermentino The fruit of these 3 varieties were pressed together and the juice allowed to settle for 1 day beforeracking to fermentation Fermentation lasted 9 days amp the resulting wine left in this tank on lees for 5 months to let the aroma rsquo s and textures come together TASTING NOTES Appearance is Off-white in colour with a hazy straw hue Vaguely aromatic with freshly cut straw amp nougat notes Aromatic firm amp crisp palate with sweet-spiced Bosc pear flavours
