Cherry, vanilla and spce make up a full-bodied vino with a peppery finish, crafted by an organic producer using minimal intervention techniques. Though Carus Vini are based in Chianti heartland, they’ve nailed this juicy shiraz and a quick heads up: they produce a killer olive oil too. Just sayin’.
