WINERY INFORMATION Papa Nico is a fantastic wine label specialising in the production of rich dense and full bodied wines using premium fruit parcels sourced from some of the leading South Australian vineyards These food-friendly wines are created to encourage conversations during family get-togehers The Papa Nico winemaking team is headed by Nicholas Crampton nbsp TASTING NOTES This dazzling Papa Nico Shiraz is a stylish fusion of 5 Merlot and 10 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with 85 Shiraz grapes These fruit parcels were destemmed followed by cool maceration for 3 weeks The resulting wine displays a deep purple hue The aromatic bouquet is an amalgamation of cherry red berry and exotic spice scents The rich and ripe palate is brimming with dark berry and savoury spice flavours supported by fine tannins The finish is long and dry Drink this mouth-watering Shiraz with steaks barbeque and pizza nbsp
