WINERY INFORMATION The Dickinson Estate series is an outstanding range of cool climate wines handcrafted by the accomplished winemaker Cody Ladwig Located in the scenic Blackwood Valley Dickinson Estate was started by Trevor and Mary Dickinson All their wines are crafted using fruits sourced frm their in-house vineyard which was established in 1994 nbsp TASTING NOTES Dickinson Estate Shiraz is a dark purple red coloured wine The perfumed bouquet exhibits scents of bramble fruits and savoury spice which intermix with juicy flavours of plum and dark berries on the vibrant palate Fine and ripe tannins fuse with these plush and fruity characters to offer a velvety and textured finish Made to consume upon release this delicious Shiraz tastes marvellous with Asian spare ribs paprika beef and traditional eggplant parmigiana nbsp
