WINERY INFORMATION Take It To The Grave is a joint venture started by renowned winemakers Nicholas Crampton and Corey Ryan The winemaking team aims to explore different winemaking secrets besides producing a contemporary wine range for the new generation of wine lovers nbsp TASTING NOTES The remium grapes used to create Take It To The Grave Shiraz were partially handpicked destemmed and cool fermented before hand-plunging Post maturation in French oak for 6 months the wine showcases a bright red hue with a purple rim The attractive bouquet exudes blackberry chocolaty oak and blood plum aromas The lush palate presents enticing flavours of blackcurrants cloves dried herbs and dark plums coupled with spicy oak undertones Fine and savoury tannins integrate with these wonderful characters culminating the wine in a long and captivating finale Pair this tempting Shiraz with hamburger steak or Cheddar cheese nbsp
