WINERY INFORMATION Dickinson Estate crafts an outstanding range of exceptional quality cool climate wines handcrafted by the award-winning winemaker Coby Ladwig of Rockcliffe Wines Situated in the beautiful Blackwood Valley the Dickinson Estate wine label was started by Mary and Trevor Dickinsn These wines depict delightful flavours and aromas and are produced using fruits sourced from Dickinson Estate Vineyard which was first planted in 1994 nbsp TASTING NOTES Dickinson Estate Sauvignon Blanc features a light yellow colour with green hues along the edges The scintillating nose exudes juicy aromas of gooseberries and guavas coupled with light herbaceous notes while the palate is fresh and juicy with flavours of pea pod and herbal undertones These flavours are balanced by a natural mineral acidity ending the wine in a long flinty and crisp finish Crafted to consume upon release this wonderful Sauvignon Blanc pairs best with bruschetta artichoke salad and prawn curry nbsp nbsp
