WINERY INFORMATION The Papa Nico wines are crafted by accomplished winemaker Nicholas Crampton with the aim to produce a unique wine range that seeks to be part of family gatherings and conversations The winemaking team specialises in creating a fantastic series of full bodied and flavoursome wine using fruit parcels from leading vineyards spread throughout South Australia nbsp TASTING NOTES This delicious Chardonnay was crafted by the combination of 5 Semillon grapes with 95 Chardonnay grapes Papa Nico Chardonnay is a pale yellow coloured wine displaying a bright green haze The attractive bouquet gives off fruity scents of cut apple white peach and citrus with spicy hints from oak evident in the backdrop The dense palate is filled with melon pear and stone fruit flavours Crisp mineral acidity integrates with these wonderful characters ending the wine in a complex and lingering finale This delightful white wine tastes splendid with pan-fried crab cakes lemony shrimp risotto and orange souffl eacute nbsp
