Founded in 1872 J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run Edouard Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestor. Created to celebrate the 140th anniversary of Normandin Mercier this limited edition Cask Strength was aged in barrels made from the 100 year old oak trees grown at the chateau.
