Founded in 1872 J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run Edouard Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestor. This Vieille Fine is a blend of both terroirs the Grande Champagne adds vibrancy and length while the Petite Champagne gives it delicacy sweetness and subtlety.
