Founded in 1872 J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run Edouard Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestor. The Petite Champagne 1976 is from a single vineyard well-balanced incredibly fine and supple with aromas of lily and orange peel.
