Distilled, crafted, matured, and bottled at the Wellington Park Distillery, located on a small family farm nestled at the foothills of Kunanyi. This very limited release from Eden Whisky is aged in a French Oak ex. Tasmanian Pinot Cask which has created a rich and complex Single Malt. Bottled at a rasonably high ABV, it has a fantastic mouthfeel and is an extremely sippable dram.
