This iconic Australian label is remarkably consistent. The 2012 offers juicy boysenberry, spice and meaty touches, and a medium-bodied, soft, juicy mouthful is trimmed in ripe tannins. All of our Museum Release wines are kept in a special vault with an environment that is both temperature and humdity controlled. The temperature is set to a constant 14 degrees – ideal for maturing wine. They are then tested regularly throughout the year, with each wine documented, marked for when it should be checked again and released at the optimal drinking age.
