A stand out on release, Halliday gave it a 'Special Value' red star, and we couldn't be more pleased with how it has developed. With a rounder palate and soft supple finish. All of our Museum Release wines are kept in a special vault with an environment that is both temperature and humidity controlld. The temperature is set to a constant 14 degrees - ideal for maturing wine. They are then tested regularly throughout the year, with each wine documented, marked for when it should be checked again
