He’s sailed around the world with his wife Shelley on a yacht he commissioned, churned out some seriously good juice from his vineyard, launched the Settler spirits label thanks to his love of gin, and now he’s released McLaren Vale’s first whiskey. But let’s not get carried away: we’re here for the wine and this ‘12 syrah does not disappoint.
