A Belnd of Shiraz from the Yarra Valley and Pyreenees wine regions in Victoria, the wine is fermented with a high portion of whole bunches. The result is a higly perfumed and intriguing medium bdied wine. On the nose there's aromas of dark cherry, herbs and spice while the palate continues the offering with gentle acidity, firm tannins and a hint of oak. A complex and engaging wine.
