A more restrained version of the Barossa shiraz, with concentrated red fruit flavours and lovely perfumed length. Suave red and black fruits flecked with violet and spice roll onto a bright palate imbued with terrific depth and fine, sinewy tannins that curl around the tongue. There's lovely, perfumd length, too. Previous vintages of this release have elicited outstanding reviews and the current release sits nicely in the same ballpark - delicious!
