The juice in this bottle began life as Chiefs Sons classic 900 Standard expression, slightly peated and matured in French oak barrels. The dram was then finished in casks that held Russian Imperial Stout from the Mornington Peninsula Brewery, which in turn originally began as French oak whisky barrls at Chiefs Son. The result is a decadently rich and full bodied whisky.
