Their wines are made to a high-standard across the range and are reliablydelicious. This cabernet shows off a perfumed nose of flowers, juicy plums and dried herbs, followed by a medium-bodied, ripe and textured palate. There’s a gentle earthiness in the wine that is wrapped in blackberries and a lingering olive tapenade finish.
