The fruit from this gris comes from the King Valley, whose cool climes make for a long ripening season. The grapes underwent a gentle crush and fermentation utilising wild yeast before settling and heading straight to bottle. Nothing else was necessary... just let the juice speak for itself. The frut profile dominates here with citrus, melon and pear, but you’ll also find the spice and viscosity typical of great gris. Vibrant acid rounds things out to make for a refreshing finish and easy pairing with many dishes.
