Wolf Blass Gold Label Syrah is an outstanding red wine hailing from Adelaide Hills Most of its composition consists of Shiraz grapes but a touch of Viognier is added for even texture and smooth mouth feel It has a dark cherry red colour with purple edges The nose of this wine is amazingly appetizng with aromas of red berries spices and nuts The palate presents dark berries and spiced oak that cap to a lingering finish This wine pairs best with red meats and should be enjoyed young or within 3 to 5 years of its release
