Made from purpose-grown d5v12 clone pinot noir hand-picked and destemmed into the press for 24 hours skin contact before pressing unclarified juice fermented in used oak one-third allowed to go through mlf Pale pink with wafts of strawberries and red cherries on the bouquet while structurally estrained the flavours of red berries and fruits coat the fore and mid-palate Easy going Serve with anything but brilliant with salmon
