'A lot of time and care has gone into the making of this wine, and it really shows. Careful selection of fruit from the world famous Terra Rossa soil, long maceration and almost two years ageing in French oak barriques results in a smooth, velvety wine with rich, mouth-coating tannins that will rewad several years of careful ageing. The wine exhibits classic Cabernet characteristics of black cherry, cassis, cedar, a touch of dark chocolate and a hint of blackcurrant leaf and mint.
