For our unique White Label range, Mike DeGaris has brought together deliciously earthy Hunter Cabernet, with luscious, full flavoured Coonawarra Cabernet; and aged the blend in the best French and American oak. The result is an almost purple coloured wine with blended aromas of Coonawarrra ripe berr fruit, along with Hunter earthiness, leather and spice. The full bodied palate is awash with flavour and it matches superbly to Rosemary rack of lamb.
