2004 was an exceptional vintage for Cabernet in Langhorne Creek. Only the best vintages are able to make a reserve Cabernet at Temple Bruer. This wine shows complexity and regional qualities of Langhorne Creek. The fruit used to make this wine was sourced from the Temple Bruer’s certified oganic vineyard. Picking commenced in late March 2004, slow fermentation was performed to extract maximum flavour and tannin which is vital to make the best aged Cabernet. The wine was then matured in French oak barrels for 24 months.
