WINERY INFORMATION Recognised as one of Australia s most awarded boutique wineries Lake Breeze has been in the winemaking business for the past 27 years but its history dates back to the 1850s Lake Breeze Wines has achieved an extraordinary level of success in Australian Wine Shows Lake Breeze abernet Sauvignon Bernoota Shiraz Cabernet and the Bullant range have all become benchmark styles in Australia The winery pioneers in making a diverse array of wines from a variety of lush and juicy grapes TASTING NOTES Featuring a deep youthful purple red colour Lake Breeze Arthur rsquo s Reserve Cabernet Petit Verdot Malbec was handcrafted using vibrant grapes from the vineyards of Langhorne Creek This vintage is a blend of 90 Cabernet Sauvignon 5 Petit Verdot and 5 Malbec grapes Matured for 20 months in new French oak this wine exhibits blackcurrant and violet aromas from its beautiful nose with a hint of mint and savoury characters The palate is balanced and long with impressive intensity and a great framework of tannins With adequate cellaring this wine will serve well over the next 15-20 years Consider rich cuts of red meat well-aged cheese like Stilton or wild game meats as great food accompaniments to this elegant wine
