The fruit used to make this wine was sourced from Temple Bruer’s Certified Organic vineyard in Langhorne Creek which is renowned for making delicate and distinctive Merlot. This wine is full of fresh stone fruit and tannin that is soft and very approachable from aging the wine. In only thebest vintages at Temple Bruer is a Reserve Merlot made. Harvesting commenced in late March, and fermentation was finished in 10 days where it was then gently pressed into French oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
