You don't often see Grenache Shiraz Mataro blends from Langhorne Creek, but when you do it's worth stocking up. This one's made by award-winning winemaker Nigel Dolan and is absolutely loaded with flavour: cherries, spicy plums, leather and vanilla. It's a great red for slow-roasted pork.
