Cabernet Shiraz is widely regarded as the most Australian of wine styles This premium wine combines the length and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the ripe juicy fruit and tannin of Shiraz The aroma is of ripe red and blue fruits with a hint of spice The palate is long full bodied and rich It is crammed with ripe fruit flavours fine grained tannins and a hint of savoury oak Flavours of blackberries ripe plums blueberries Fine grained tannin interlaced with a hint of savoury oak lead to a wine that is medium bodied with great length and flavour Liquorice tar and graphite over cassis and spicy earthy fruits Medium weight yet with good intensity of dark berry fruit subtle toasty oak and finely-woven tannins
