WINERY INFORMATION Howard Vineyard is a family owned winery as well as wedding venue located close to Nairne just 25kms from Adelaide CBD The winemaking team crafts these elegantly styled cool climate wines with the objective to showcase the unique terroir of their vineyards After spending his cildhood working at Howard Vineyard Tom Northcott pursued higher studies and rejoined the winery as Executive Winemaker in the year 2013 nbsp TASTING NOTES Howard Vineyard Shiraz Cabernet is a beautiful blend of 51 Shiraz grapes with 49 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes This bright crimson hued wine exudes rich aromas of rhubarb plum and spice from its fragrant nose Juicy plum red berry and toasty oak spice characters combine with soft tannins on the balanced palate to end in a delightful and satisfying finish This medium bodied red wine has been crafted to be relished upon release but can also be enjoyed within a cellaring term of 4 years It can be served with spicy sausages smoked brisket and grilled beef with a pepper sauce nbsp
