This big, powerful blend has those rich, dark fruit flavours you’d associate with the Barossa, as well as succulent lashings of American oak. If you’re down with the Barossa and everything it offers, then this delicious blend of shiraz and mataro is going to really make your day. 2016 was a partcularly warm year - so you’ll be getting a powerful wine, full of ripe, dark berries, blood plums and toasty spice. Mataro is not the most common grape in the region, but adds so much to this wonderful blend.
