Let’s play with some alliteration. Big from Bendigo? Bold from Bendigo? Balanced from Bendigo? It’s all of these things. Oh yeah, and it’s also basket-pressed from Bendigo. This is deep, dark shiraz with a rich fruit profile and some nice ripe tannis and toasty oak behind it. It’s on the heavier end of Victorian shiraz, but it already has seven years of age, so that drinking window is wide open. So behold, we’ve got a big, bold, balanced bottle of bodacious booze from Bendigo that would benefit from breathing a bit before you begin. I’ll show myself out.
