This Pauillac red blend consists of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot making up the rest. It comes from one of the few biodynamic vineyards in Bordeaux. This is an absolutely amazing wine with a compelling classic Pauillac nose offering violets and other assortd floral notes in the background. The wine is intense and complex yet not overpowering. It's full-bodied with an intense richness on the palate. Simply remarkable.
