WINERY INFORMATION Rolf Binder produces a premium range of red white and fortified wines showcasing the unique fruit characteristics of Barossa Valley As second generation family winemakers Rolf Binder focuses on producing internationally acclaimed red wines while Christa is recognised for her orld famous white wines Originally named lsquo Veritas rsquo by Rolf H Binder and situated on Langmeil Road the winery was renamed lsquo Rolf Binder rsquo and is currently situated on the corner of Seppeltsfield and Stelzer Roads in Tanunda nbsp TASTING NOTES The fruits used to craft Bull rsquo s Blood Shiraz Mataro Pressings were hand pruned handpicked and fermented in open fermenters to retain maximum fruit flavours and tannins The resulting wine shows a deep purple colour with light magenta shades lurking throughout This dazzling Shiraz Mataro wine packs intense aromas and rich flavours of stone fruit wild berry mulberry exotic spice dark chocolate and oak These plush and spicy characters fuse with luscious tannins offering an elegant mouthfeel This wonderful red wine ends in a clean delicate and persistent finale This red blend can be stored for a decade or two to let it develop gracefully Made for consumption upon release it complements foods like roast chicken planked salmon wild rice and shitake mushrooms nbsp
