The fruit for this rich spicy Sparkling Shiraz was selected from a cool climate vineyard near Robe on the Limestone Coast and a Plains Road block in McLaren Vale. The grapes from both vineyards were ripened to their optimum level for varietal flavour, the wine was matured in older oak barriques t maintain primary characters.
