Like all blends, it’s got the sum of the parts - the strawberries, savoury notes and elegance of pinot, alongside the depth, dark fruits and spice of shiraz. Thi particular example is full of cherries and cola on the nose, and plums and licorice on the palate. Medium-bodied, this is the type of wine that will suit just about any meal and can easily be served chilled in the cooler months.
