Good Tassie pinot is a thing of beauty. Single block reserve Tassie pinot is a cut above even that. So we’ve gone out and sourced one from one of Coal River Valley’s best. It’s a wine from the savoury 2017 vintage. It leans towards medium-bodied with plum and cherry-like fruit, earthiness, a slky palate and that slightly medicinal (or Campari) note that provides another layer of interest in cool climate pinot. Quite complex, quite smooth and extremely delectable.
